I don’t have a lot of time to spend with a lot more people than the four or five that I am currently with, which means I need to get a lot done.

    I need more sleep.

    I get up at five in the morning, go to the gym, and then have lunch.

    But that is not all I need.

    I also need to do something I have not done since I was a kid.

    I have been trying to figure out how I am going to deal with a situation where my life is changing because of mental illness, whether it be alcohol, drugs, or alcohol addiction.

    I’ve learned that sometimes you have to find ways to be resilient, to work through things you are afraid of.

    When you get into a place where you feel like you are powerless to make change, you can become more susceptible to situations that make you feel vulnerable.

    That can be frightening and scary at the same time.

    I’m trying to find a way to make it work, but that is something I’m going to have to learn as I go along.

    When I was in my 20s, I had been diagnosed with a variety of mental health conditions.

    My parents were very supportive and believed that I would eventually get through them.

    And I had a lot to look forward to.

    But as I got older, my mental health took a major hit.

    I started to develop severe depressive symptoms and suicidal thoughts, which led to me taking my own life.

    So I went from being in my twenties to being in the mid-twenties and then in my early 30s.

    I am still struggling with depression and anxiety.

    When my wife was pregnant with our first child, I began to lose interest in my job and my relationship.

    At first, it was because I didn’t feel like I was making enough money.

    I was trying to put my house on the market, I was going to get out of debt.

    I felt like my life was getting worse.

    It was also because I was getting older.

    As a parent, I realized that if I didn´t get better, I wouldn´t have a chance to care for my children.

    I knew that I had to make the change, but it took me several years to do it.

    I came to realize that I was not alone.

    That is why I have started this website.

    This is not something that is for everyone.

    But it is something that I have done because I feel like it is my responsibility to get others to know that they can find hope in these things that are out there for people.

    I think that the way to get to that place is to start speaking up and to share your story.
