With the rise of the mental illness epidemic, tattoo artist Matt Boulton has developed a special line of tattoos that look like a pair of pair of glasses, one for each of his mental illness patients.
Matt Boulston’s mental illness tattoos have gained him a loyal following, but many have expressed concern that his tattoos will cause them to become infected.
Matt says he has never knowingly sold a mental illness item.
He says he is “just trying to help” and has never been charged with selling a mental health item.
“I never sold a drug,” he said.
“People have had my tattoos done and I never had any problems with any of my patients.”
My tattoos are a reflection of what I believe and what I feel.
They have become my way of being myself, of connecting with people and letting them know how I feel.
“He said that while he does not want to cause anyone pain, his tattoo will be the last thing on anyone’s mind before he leaves the house.”
If it causes them pain, I will take it off,” he told News24.”
We don’t want to hurt anybody, but we will take the time to say thank you and put our trust in someone.””
It is something that I feel is in their best interest, and they want to make sure it is safe.
